W-Run

Beginners Running

In 12 weeks, you’ll train to run a 5k in a correct and healthy way. In addition, you will learn how to make running, stretching, and form-building a part of your daily life, so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Groups meet once a week for one hour. Members get two additional runs per week, based on a personalized training schedule.

As a part of W-run, you’ll have everything you need to reach your training goals, including access to a motivated runners group, a full 5k training plan and professional fitness consulting.
